This is just a simple experiment. 

You sit at a desk. 

There’s only one button. Rules are written. A voice guides you. Nothing unusual. Surely you won't be overwhelmed... 

Right?

In Nothing But the Button, you're dropped into a minimalistic simulation where the only thing you can do... is press buttons. Or not press them.
Every rule gives you points. Every mistake takes them away. Simple. But the deeper you go, the less simple things become.

FEATURES:

  • 7 colored buttons with unique interaction mechanics.
  • Dynamic rule system that punishes or rewards based on compliance.
  • Three narrator voices_all simulated from a certain person memories.
  • 4 Endings that reflect your choices and emotional trajectory.
  • Short ~5 min play through per run, multiple replay paths.
  • No jumpscares. Just pressure. And reflection.

IT’S JUST AN EXPERIMENT. You’ll be fine.

P/s:  Whew. So…turns out making a full game in just 9 days is kind of intense. We’re calling this version a demo, because there’s still plenty to fix and polish, but the core experience is there. If you find bugs, breakdowns, or just weird moments that made you confused, we’d love your feedback.
